    Directions: Either take 1 tsp (2-3 droppers) of the tincture beneath the tongue and allow it to enter the bloodstream sublingually then swallow or put 1 tsp in  hot/warm water or beverage. We suggest the oil to be taken in the AM  daily. Our tincture oil is made of all alkaline and organic ingredients. We also do not use ANY alcohol in the herbal extraction process. Our tincture herbs went through a 2 month extraction process .  We pride ourselves in flavor, so that each dropper is delicious and kid approved. We extracted all the minerals and nutrients from Irish sea moss, burdock root, elderberry, cinnamon sticks, thyme, and peppermint leaves. This tincture is packed with a surplus of benefits.     Elderberry: 

    Elderberry suggested uses include for treatment and prevention of the common coldcough and flu symptoms, sinusitis, as an immunostimulant, and treating mouth ulcers and tonsillitis. Suggested uses for elderberry extract include reducing the damaging effects of LDL cholesterol, and protection as an antioxidant. Suggested uses for elderberry leaves for topical application includes treatment of bruises, sprains, wounds, burns and chilblains, and as mouthwash for mouth ulcers. Suggested uses for elderberry tincture are for rheumatic conditions, and suggested uses for elderberry oil are for painful joints.
